SPRINGFIELD PARK DISTRICT HOSTS MONTHLY MOVIES IN THE PARK SERIES FOR 2023 – FRIDAY’S MOVIE LINEUP
[Springfield,IL] – The Springfield Park District is excited to announce July’s Movie in the Park Friday, July 14th
at Lincoln Park. Grab your friends, children, blankets and join us for a FREE movie in the park!
In conjunction with Capitol Radio Group, the Springfield Park District is excited to be able to present this series each summer. These events are made possible by the following sponsors: Mike Williams Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Sewer, Molina Healthcare, Teamsters Local 916, NPR Illinois, SCHEELS, TROXELL, Masco Packing and Industrial Supply, My Friends Discovery Center, Heartland Coca Cola Bottling Company, and Springfieldmoms.org.
Friday’s movie will be “Top Gun: Maverick” so come out and enjoy this great feature in the setting of Lincoln Park.
Movies in the Park is a free program where families and the entire community are invited to join us as we bring a big screen movie to your community parks on Fridays. Movies’s begin at dusk. These are truly great events.
The next Movie in the Park will be on Friday, August 4th at Veterans Memorial Pool. Hope to see you there!
